After my initial meeting with Stephanie, who listened with sincere patience and understanding to my family’s needs and wants in a care residence, she inherently knew which care home would be right for all involved.  After touring several on my own, the residence Stephanie had suggested was indeed just what I was looking for in a long term care facility for my mother.   From that point going forward and all the way to my mother’s end-of-life, which thankfully Stephanie was present for and by her bedside, she worked tirelessly to make sure all of my family’s needs, and most importantly my mother’s needs, were met on a daily basis.  Being that I lived in Los Angeles and my mother in Vancouver, Stephanie was a true Savior and gift in our time of need and most definitely now a true friend! - P.I.
