Your follow up service of weekly visits and reports on my mother's situation, and that of the care facility, has taken a great deal of worry off my shoulders.   From your weekly visits and reports to me, I have realized that it is absolutely invaluable to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable who is close at hand and consistently observing my mother's condition and the circumstances of her care and liaising with the care givers, the facility management and me. - S.P.
